What is this church like?
The organized church revolves around God.
It is God-conceived and God-organized.
Thus, it should also be God centered in its focus and operation.

A center is “a middle point, a central place.”
The Greek word for center means “to prick,” and here is where the full meaning comes front and –ahem – center.

God has pricked our hearts with an awareness of His glory and goodness. We have always had a vague awareness of Him, but through the ministry of His church we have come to know and love Him with all of our hearts.

God is now the True Love of our souls. Our response is a passion that God’s church center on Him in its worship, teaching, and community.
The Gospel is the Good News.
The Gospel is this – God saves sinners.

But there’s more.
God saves sinners, but He doesn’t save all sinners. God’s salvation is granted on His terms, and His terms are these. To be made right with God, one must repent (turn away) from their sins and believe (accept) the Gospel. Specifically, this Gospel states that God sent His own Son to pay the penalty for our sins. When we believe on Jesus His perfection is given – that’s right – given to us as a free gift.
